Oriole Community Recreation Centre

Renovations to this existing facility involved demolition of approximately 40,000sf of existing spaces to create new re-purposed recreation spaces. State-of-good-repair items included re-roofing, replacement of mechanical components for the swimming pool facility, and building envelope improvements. The scope of work for this facility also involved a new entrance including reception area, office spaces, multi-purpose rooms, demonstration kitchen, gallery, dance studio, weight training room, new terrace herb and vegetable garden, and a new computer room.

This project was phased in order to allow uninterrupted use of the arena facility.
