Description
The Wallace Emerson Community Centre incorporates a mix of office, programming space, gymnasium and a 25m warm water pool and nautilus equipment. Renovations to these facilities included rehabilitation of the pool structural roof, the replacement of the community centre and pool building roofing systems, soffit replacement, pool piping and replacement of the pool tiling, pool ceiling, pool glazing, and pool cladding.
This project was phased in order to accommodate the on-going operations of the existing facility.
