Danforth Collegiate Technical Institute – Baking Lab

This project for the Toronto District School Board, connected the general purpose room B81 and the adjacent existing classroom B80 and provides renovations to convert this combined space into a student baking lab. The baking lab training facility included installation of a commercial kitchen along with associated roof top mechanical exhaust and make-up air units, plumbing and room finish alterations.
