Description
This project involved the interior renovation of the Library and the Information and Instructional Services Technology department on the second and third levels of the Academic Resources Centre Building.
The scope of work for this project included demolition of existing architectural, mechanical and electrical features, removal of hazardous material, new floor finishing, partitioning and ceilings, supply and installation of new and old casework. Mechanical, electrical and IT services required included new ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing work, new lighting, power and data outlets.
Work was carried out in this operational existing educational facility.
