Milton Fire Station No. 3

This new LEED Certified building is located at the south-west corner of Savoline Road and Derry Road in the Town of Milton. The 14,000sf brick and stone clad facility consists of 6 vehicle bays complete with trench drains and a state of the art exhaust extraction systems. Other project highlights include administration offices, crew rooms, dorm rooms, kitchen, lounge areas, lockers rooms and an exercise area.

Work in this contract also included site work and exterior works consisting of site grading, construction of a storm water management and associated site drainage facilities, new services and utilities, driveways, pavements, landscaping and exterior lighting.
