University College is a magnificent building which has received a quality, sensitive and appropriate renovation. I noticed, with admiration, that the workmanship and quality are absolutely excellent.

I spoke to UTIAS ... they told me that they are very happy. I just wanted to send you a quick message and thank you personally. It is important for the project to keep the stakeholders and end users happy and to-date your site super has been amazing and has done that for us.

I like the progress I've seen... my Operators have acknowledged the workmanship of your mechanical work - it looks really good, and the site is clean and tidy.

The project was a long uphill battle – which none of us were expecting – and you guys stayed with it and dealt with each challenge with a great attitude and a willingness to help the owner solve the problems. Plus I think this is one of the few project where literally all my deficiencies were fixed – and fixed quickly and well! A real sign of a good contractor! I enjoyed working with you guys and hope that we can work together again on a project with fewer surprises!
